Welcome! We are very pleased to announce this First Conference on Cross-Cultural Leadership and Management Studies, co-sponsored and organized by the Center for International Leadership (SUNY Buffalo School of Management) and the Center for Asian Business (Korea University Business School). This conference will provide an intimate venue for theorists and researchers to share and develop their work. Even in this time of unprecedented globalization of scholarship, there remains a great deal of work related to the cross-cultural aspects of leadership and management studies, conducted in various regions of the world, done by competent scholars who have not had direct contact with one another. Through this conference, we seek to promote a diverse and cross-fertilizing network of international scholars who are interested in advancing the state of knowledge regarding leadership and management within a global, cross-cultural context. Please accept our invitation to be a part of this exciting endeavor by joining us in Seoul this June.
