Submission Requirements
Both empirical and theoretical papers on cross cultural leadership and management studies are invited. Preferences will be given to theoretical and empirical papers that focus on any of the following:
• Inter-country or cross-cultural or cross-regional comparisons
• Exploring if /when/what/how cultural factors drive leadership and management practices or moderate their outcomes and effects
• Single-culture or specific country studies that address the unique practices or the theoretical perspectives of a particular country or cultural region.
• Issues associated with multi-cultural situations and environments, including trans-cultural leadership models and practices
• Cultural value models and their impacts on management practices
