Submission Instructions and Review Procedure
Both empirical and theoretical papers on cross cultural leadership and management studies are invited. Preferences will be given to theoretical and empirical papers that focus on any of the following:

Electronic submissions are due not later than April 23, 2004 (complete papers must be submitted).

Submissions will be reviewed by the organizers for quality, originality, rigor, and relevance.
|

Notification of acceptance will be emailed out by May 3, 2004.

Papers should not exceed 15, double spaced pages, including text, references, figures and tables. Author names should not be included in any part of the paper except the title page.

The title page should include (1) The Title; (2) Author(s) Name(s); (3) Organizational Affiliation(s); (4) Address(es); and (5) Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

The format and style of Journal of International Business Studies should be used (especially for the reference section). If you are not familiar with this format, please check the JIBS style guide (http://www.palgrave-journals.com/jibs/) for details.

Final versions of accepted papers are due no later than May 22, 2004 for publication in the proceedings. Papers should be submitted electronically, formatted under Microsoft Word 97 or higher. |
