Conference Registration

$150 before May 15, 2004 ($200 after May 15). Registration fee includes proceedings, 2 dinners including welcoming reception dinner, 2 lunches, coffee breaks.

There are two ways to complete the registration. One way is by online submission and the other way is by Fax/Mail.
